Refund Policy - Fivempório

Fivempório understands the importance of a clear and fair refund policy to maintain our customers' trust and satisfaction. In compliance with the Consumer Protection Code, we have established the following procedures for refunding products purchased through our online store.

1. Return due to regret

If, for any reason, you regret your purchase, you have the right to request the return of the product and a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product in your address.

To request a return, please contact us via emailvendas@fivemporio.com, providing your full name and order number. Upon arrival of the returned product at our distribution center, the refund will be processed within 30 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase. No additional costs will be imposed for the refund.

2. Return of Defective Products

In the case of products with manufacturing defects, you have up to 7 calendar days, from the date of receipt, to request a return and refund. Please send an email to sales@fivemporio.com, with your full name, order number and a detailed description of the defect, preferably accompanied by photos or videos.

We will evaluate the defect and, after confirmation, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, without any additional costs, within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

3. Reverse Logistics

For both situations above, Fivempório will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a postage authorization code by email and must send the product through a post office, using the original packaging or a box that ensures the integrity of the product during transport.
