Shipping policy  

All orders are processed between 1 and 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Due to the high demand for shipping across the country, possible delays may occur.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Fivempório offers FREE SHIPPING on Orders placed FROM R$ 79.90 (Seventy-nine reais and ninety cents).

  Your order may be subject to import taxes (including VAT), which are added when the order arrives in the destination country. Fivempório is not responsible for these fees if applicable, as they are the customer's responsibility.  

Howcan I check the status of myorder ?  

When the order is shipped , we we will send one notification by email with the tracking number so that you be likely to track the status of your order . Please allow 48 hours for updating order tracking information on the Correios or carrier website .​  

If you do not receive your order 25 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@fvemporio.com , providing your name and order number so that we can resolve your issue.

But if you prefer, you can access the Correios website and enter your tracking code (sent to your email within 5 days of purchase). Remember that delivery time varies from 7 to 25 working days.

Some carriers no perform deliveries to boxes postcards . If this applies​ The any of the carriers you hire , consult the company policy and communicate​ that to the your customers .
